I was pleased to discover the room had microwave and refrigerator. The bed is the 1st motel bed that Ive slept In with proper back support.(thrice broken back, so proper beds are critical.) the room is fully furnished whereas the normal for Ontario or Pomona in this price are just a bed, sink, shower and water closet with a child's school chair. There is a Dennys across the parking lot. The 3rd tloor room was reasonably quiet. The desk staff are exceptional. You are advised to use the dead-bolt on the door to stop staff from entering after they knock. (Just once to deliver new towels. She did knock but didn't hear my reply “just a minute.” To put my pants on.)

They had great customer service. They were very respectful and nice. kris was always helpful and always nice when I came to the window and always helped me with a question if I had one. Renae was ver nice as well and helped a lot to I recommend this place alot and they have great prices

location, great rates and the lady at the front desk was very quick about checking me in- I appreciate a speedy check-in… slow check-ins cause me anxiety . allowed a late check out which was very much appreciated

Service was excellent. Sarah, the manager, is sweet and friendly. Room was a good size and a good price compared to others that are $150 and up. Overall a good budget hotel close to the airport.
